The Tesla Cybertruck has been attracting a lot of attention from EV enthusiasts and even petrol heads. Since its unveiling in late November, the pickup truck has generated more buzz than anyone could have imagined. Tesla's new EV took over 250,000 orders within the first week – that's more orders than the company dispatched in the entirety of 2019. Mind blowing.
In the US, the pickup truck is truly out in the wild. There has been a multitude of sightings and this video seems to best showcase the vehicle in all of its glory. The man behind the wheel? Elon Musk himself. The CEO and co-founder of the company has been seen driving the vehicle around the streets of LA, California. Let's be honest, it's not exactly hard to miss.
A recent video emerged of the CEO driving over a traffic cone; and it would seem the world (other publications) went mad around it. We're not sure how that's newsworthy, however, this does raise a few questions about the vehicle's size; some are worried it won't fit in their driveway or garage.

Thankfully, Musk seems to be responding to customer queries on Twitter; he explained: “We can prob reduce width by an inch & maybe reduce length by 6+ inches without losing on utility or esthetics. Min height is below 75 inches when air suspension set to low. Will post exact number soon.”
It would seem there is scope to reduce the size of the vehicle, however, how this will all pan out is a mystery. We're certainly looking forward to seeing the pickup truck rolling across more streets, but how will it fare in Europe?
There are, of course, things you might want to consider before ordering the outlandish Cybertruck, including how aerodynamic the pickup truck is likely to be versus its competitors.

If you're interested in the Cybertruck, it can be pre-ordered through Tesla’s website – a $100/£100 fully-refundable deposit is required to secure the order. There are three variants to choose from: a single Motor RWD that starts from $39,900; a Dual Motor AWD at $49,900, and a Tri Motor AWD at $69,900. All models are set to come in 2021.
